feat(profile): add resilient SoundCloud and Steam snapshot modules — Add two independent, resilient snapshot modules for Alan's SoundCloud creative practice and Steam gaming/achievement profile, each with explicit fallback behavior when configuration, credentials, or public provider access is unavailable.

Ego Hygiene is a public multi-repository platform space rather than a single isolated repository.
