Two Raman phonons measure the fixed edge charge that limits width scaling in monolayer semiconductor nanoribbon transistors: first-principles Gruneisen parameters, adjoint spectral inversion, energy-resolved and quantum transport with a resolved Schottky contact, and the published data and figures.
